Sales Support Intern (France Branch)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Business Sales Support Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who would like to gain hands‑on experience in telecom business operations and sales support within an international working environment.

Job Title: Sales Support Intern

Job Location: Paris, France (Onsite)

Job Type: Internship (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational tasks including customer order processing, record maintenance and related system updates
• Assist with first-level business auditing and order verification for mobile service operations
• Maintain and manage mobile business records and related operational data
• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (currently studying or recently graduated), preferably in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Management, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with XMind is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Previous exposure to telecom/mobile business operations, account management, project coordination or sales support is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
