You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating communication, preparing reporting materials, supporting meetings, and maintaining accurate data within Salesforce. Your contribution enables our commercial leaders to focus on strategic priorities and enhances the overall efficiency of the ENA Services organisation.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action follow‐up for sales leadership* Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks to support daily operations* Prepare and consolidate business reports, dashboards, and structured presentations* Maintain data quality in Salesforce, ensuring updates and completeness across ENA and DACH* Collect and organise inputs from territorial teams and service centres* Prepare meeting packs and ensure timely distribution of information and materials* Act as a point of contact for coordination between Sales, Service Centers, and other internal stakeholders# What we offer you* Opportunity to work closely with senior commercial leadership.* Exposure to international business topics, reporting, and sales analytics.* Dynamic and varied role combining administration, business support, and process coordination.* Key contributor to improving efficiency across Sales ENA Services.Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
