About the role

Sales Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Lead , you will play a key role in driving execution, alignment, and decision quality across the Sales organisation. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and acting as part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will help turn strategic priorities into focused execution across teams and functions.

Operating at the center of commercial performance, leadership visibility, and business‑critical initiatives, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to keep priorities moving with speed, clarity, and accountability.

This role is suited for someone who combines strong business judgment with structured execution and thrives in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments. You should be comfortable operating under pressure, navigating ambiguity, challenging priorities, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

You will support leadership decision‑making on highly visible and business‑critical topics while gaining direct exposure to executive thinking, commercial strategy, and organisational leadership. Success in this role means leadership priorities translate into fast, focused, and measurable execution across the organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Driving strategic and business‑critical initiatives across the Sales organisation
• Supporting leadership planning cycles, including target setting, business priorities, and budgeting discussions
• Supporting leadership preparation, alignment, and effective management of business‑critical topics
• Preparing leadership reviews, business updates, and executive discussions
• Driving alignment, accountability, and follow‑through on key priorities
• Partnering cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders across the business
• Identifying execution risks and organisational bottlenecks early
• Supporting decision‑making through structured analysis and executive‑ready communication
• Managing sensitive and high‑priority topics with sound judgment and discretion

What we’re looking for

• Several years of experience in Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Commercial Operations, or a similar business‑critical environment
• Strong commercial thinking combined with a structured, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence without direct authority, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear analyses, recommendations, and executive‑ready presentations
• Advanced skills in Google Slides and Google Sheets
• High level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in fast‑paced and high‑pressure environments
• Confidence in challenging ideas, driving alignment, and creating clarity in complex situations
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive business topics
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have:

• Experience in Sales, Commercial, Marketplace, or high‑growth tech environments
• Exposure to executive‑level stakeholder management
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or transformation projects
