Your new role

Support the Salesforce Product Owner in validating and implementing requirements from the Sales and Service departments

Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented processes in our Sales and Service Cloud and ensure they are continuously optimized for maximum efficiency

Create solution designs, implement technical solutions, and ensure high data quality on the Salesforce platform

Carry out system adjustments and configurations, including reports, dashboards, and workflows

Provide technical support and training to your colleagues for optimal use of the Sales and Service Cloud

Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners to further develop the platform and integrate new features

What you bring

Experience in Salesforce administration and solid knowledge in maintaining the Sales, Service & Experience Cloud, along with a Salesforce Administrator certification

Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ideally with knowledge of reporting and Flow Builder

Strong analytical thinking, high self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions
