Salesforce Architect (m/f/d)

In this role you will own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Clouds, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure solutions. You will lead technical direction, governance, and standards for Salesforce initiatives while shaping adoption and experience KPIs for partner and customer portals. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to articulate architectural narratives, drive delivery from concept to production, and mentor a cross-functional team. This is a strategic, enterprise-facing role at the intersection of business value and technical design, with a clear impact on customer and partner experiences.

• Own Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, including integrations.
• Define reference architectures, design patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, security).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, and integration standards.
• Drive vision and roadmap for Business Partner Portals including customer, supplier/partner portals, and B2B self-service experiences.
• Define adoption, usability, and experience KPIs and optimize engagement.
• Act as technical authority for Salesforce initiatives (Apex, LWC, APIs) and lead development standards, CI/CD, and release practices.
• Lead architectural reviews and approve solution designs across projects.
• Serve as primary Salesforce and portals advisor to business stakeholders; lead requirement workshops and translate outcomes into designs.
• Provide delivery oversight from concept to production and post-go-live optimization; support executive discussions with architectural narratives.

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience including architect roles
• Proven experience delivering experience portals, B2B commerce, or customer-facing platforms
• Experience in complex enterprise IT environments with multiple integrations
• Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Revenue Cloud knowledge a strong advantage
• Apex, LWC, declarative automation
• API-based integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
• Web application development (Java, front end technologies)
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure)
