Salesforce Architect – Nonprofit Cloud, NGO

• You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients.
• You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions.
• You review the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions, ensuring the highest standards are met.
• You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
• You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
• Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
• Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows
• Experience with best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Leadership experience in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
• Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
• Excellent German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities.
