Salesforce Consultant, Munich, Jettingen-Scheppach, Frankfurt

Responsibilities

• Further development and expansion of the existing Sales Cloud structures
• Automation of business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes and AI capabilities
• Responsibility for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow and M365
• Definition and establishment of best practices for configuration and data modeling
• Drive user and team adoption and lead technical workshops
• Provide technical consulting and support effort estimations

Requirements

• Several years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce consultant with a focus on Sales Cloud—you have not only specified solutions but built them yourself (Apex, Lightning)
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, automation, integrations)
• Experience in process automation with Flow Builder and Approval Processes
• Experience with data-driven processes and AI/agent solutions (Agentforce)
• Proven experience with Agentforce or at least Einstein AI in a sales context
• Experience in stakeholder management and in facilitating technical workshops
• German — business fluent (C1); English — fluent (B2)
