The Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) plays a critical role in strengthening data driven commercial decision-making across the region. The role is responsible for analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative SFE KPIs, translating business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, and enabling senior leadership to steer the business through reliable insights, advanced dashboards, and high-quality data processes. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent command of Power BI and Excel, and hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs, delivering conclusive monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, including BU Heads and General Managers.
- Identify business challenges related to SFE and develop pragmatic, data-driven solutions through deep-dive analyses and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to uncover trends, correlations, and performance insights, supporting both operational and strategic business decision-making.
- Design and enhance Salesforce dashboards (Opportunity, Quote, Campaign, Asset Validation) to address specific business requirements and improve commercial transparency.
- Improve sales forecasting accuracy by analyzing opportunity lead times, order-to-invoice cycles, and pipeline dynamics.
- Gather and define business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of dashboard enhancements, including user testing and implementation.
- Continuously improve data quality through detailed analyses, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and regular system maintenance.
- Support the development, enhancement, and adoption of business tools for Sales Projection, Order Tracking, and SFE KPI evaluation.
- Archive and analyze CRM data snapshots to compensate for missing system audit trails and ensure the availability of reliable historical datasets.
- Host and facilitate Community Calls to share key commercial updates, best practices, and business insights with regional and cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions within an international matrix organization to align data definitions, KPI methodologies, and commercial priorities.
- Support the creation and delivery of SFE training materials in partnership with business leaders and Training & Education teams.
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, MBA, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, SFE, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical skills with expert proficiency in Power BIand Excel.
- Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or another enterprise CRM).
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive commercial and strategic decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for business and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex international matrix environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior audiences.
