SAP AI Manager

Join a leading SAP consulting team in Germany and work with more than 25,000 SAP experts worldwide. As an SAP AI Manager, you will lead client engagements that bring SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and Generative AI into core business processes moving from experimentation to scalable transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP AI workstreams and client engagements from use-case discovery through implementation.
• Advise senior business and IT stakeholders on SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, Gen AI and intelligent automation strategies.
• Manage project teams and coordinate functional, technical, data and change-management specialists.
• Develop AI roadmaps and business cases that deliver measurable value across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Customer Experience.
• Support the development of innovative SAP AI offerings, proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, responsible, secure and aligned with client priorities.

Your Profile

• Fluent German and English, with strong client-facing communication skills.
• Several years of SAP consulting, AI, data, automation or digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading workstreams or smaller teams in complex client environments.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and the SAP Business AI ecosystem.
• Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm for translating AI potential into tangible business outcomes.
