SAP BTP & ABAP Technical Expert - English speaking

About our client!

Our client is a young, venture-backed technology company. It is developing a proprietary platform that enables enterprises to realize the full value of their SAP systems following their S/4HANA migration, through the direct integration of AI features and automated workflows. The company already works with existing enterprise customers on S/4HANA and is currently expanding its product and development team in Berlin, working closely with a small, experienced founding team.

This vacancy is for ambitious people only who are hoping to work in Silicon Valley one day: new hires receive equity once they join the company. It\'s not just a job; the hire will have to be 100% committed to a project that is growing incredibly fast.

Tasks

• Contribute to technical strategy around SAP BTP and AI-driven SAP solutions
• Design and build AI agents for use within SAP systems
• Integration with and connection to SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, including custom code and legacy configurations
• Development and review of ABAP code across customer landscapes
• Direct implementation of your own concepts in production systems, rather than pure consulting
• Support customer projects from initial concept through to production

Profile

• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP, including modern ABAP development (e.g., RAP, CDS)
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA or ECC projects
• Knowledge of AI agents, particularly architecture and orchestration
• Experience with SAP AI tools is a plus (e.g., Joule, Business Technology Platform)
• Ability to communicate at both a technical and strategic level
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Since some of the SAP AI tools used are very new, we also welcome applications even if you do not meet every single requirement.

Benefits

• Annual salary between €85,000 and €110,000, depending on experience
• Equity participation of up to 0.5%
