SAP Consultant (m/f/d)

In this role you enable SAP capabilities across finance, controlling and logistics to support Makino's global operations. You will collaborate with business users and IT to optimize processes, perform testing and coordinate external consultants. You’ll drive subproject implementations, build a Key User Program and train users. • Provide technical support and advisory services for SAP FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, PS and OM
• Integrate other systems into SAP (e.g., CRM, PLM)
• Manage change processes and conduct functional, acceptance and integration testing
• Coordinate external consultants with IT and internal departments
• Support project implementations and subprojects (SAP optimization, releases/versions)
• Create and run a Key User Program and support key users
• Perform administrative tasks (ticket management, user accounts, SAP authorizations, master data)
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes
• Conduct training courses and develop training materials

• Several years of experience with SAP R/3 and/or S/4 Hana in a similar function and industry
• Experience with other business systems (desirable) such as Salesforce CRM and Windchill PLM
• Good general understanding of business administration
• Experience in project and change management
• Very good English skills (at least B2)
• Advanced Excel knowledge and knowledge of SAP user-specific settings (desirable)
• Initiative, independence, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, ability to learn independently
