Help shape the customer service processes of a modern energy utility using SAP CRM and S/4HANA Customer Engagement.
We are looking for a technically skilled professional to further develop our CRM system landscape in conjunction with SAP S/4HANA.

What to Expect
- You will develop and operate applications in the SAP CRM and S/4HANA Customer Engagement environments and support their ongoing development.
- Together with the business departments, you will analyze requirements and translate them into technical concepts and developments within the SAP system landscape.
- You will analyze customer-specific developments, identify the causes of errors, and ensure that business requirements are implemented technically soundly.
- You will oversee the integration of CRM systems into our existing SAP landscape, including connections to utility service lines, metering, installation, and our customer portals for electricity, gas, water, and heating customers.
- You will work closely with colleagues and external development partners to help ensure a stable and future-proof system landscape.
What Sets You Apart
- You hold a degree in a technical or business field, have several years of experience in development within the SAP CRM and S/4HANA Customer Engagement environments, and possess a solid understanding of the associated business processes.
- You have in-depth knowledge of ABAP or ABAP OO.
- You have experience with SAP CRM or SAP Customer Engagement solutions and understand the technical interrelationships within the corresponding SAP system landscapes.
- You are confident in analyzing and debugging complex SAP applications and can solve technical problems in a structured manner.
- You have experience collaborating with various business departments, defining requirements based on the technical capabilities of the system landscape, and overseeing their implementation.
