SAP CX Consultant

ProPursuit is currently looking for an experienced SAP Customer Experience Consultant for a leading manufacturing client of ours in Lower Bavaria.

Our client is leading the way when it comes to heating technology and is one of Europe’s largest suppliers

This role is a hybrid remote working, requiring you to go onsite 3 days per week.

Your role:

• Holistic consulting, development and implementation of digital service processes
• Planning and moderation of workshops with the department
• Development of IT strategies and roadmaps for the implementation of digitalization projects for service-oriented processes
• Determination and structuring of requirements and development of target architectures and project plans
• Customizing and creating programming specifications in the CX environment
• Transferring technical requirements and new digital business ideas into necessary technologies and deriving viable models, strategies and programs
• Coordination and active participation in national and international SAP CX projects

Your profile:

• Study of economics or computer science or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in SAP Customer Service, and ideally basic knowledge of related modules SD, MM, FI
• Team orientation and a high level of communication skills
• Interest and curiosity for business processes in the area of customer experience
• Structured way of working and strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
