The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Data Migration Manager / Techno-Functional Data Architect to lead complex data transformation and migration strategies across SAP landscapes. The role focuses on delivering clean, scalable, and compliant data migration solutions aligned with S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and bluefield implementations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration solutions aligned with Clean Core principles
• Lead greenfield, brownfield, and bluefield S/4HANA transformations
• Design ETL solutions using BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, and LTMC
• Drive FICO-based data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ solutioning and effort estimation
• Define data governance, quality, and cleansing frameworks
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams
• Manage global delivery teams and stakeholders

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 14+ years of SAP experience with focus on data migration
• Strong expertise in BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, LTMC
• Deep SAP FICO functional expertise
• Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

Ideally, You\'ll Also Have

• SAP S/4HANA or Data Migration certifications
• Syniti or SAP BODS certification
• Experience in data governance frameworks
