SAP EWM Consultant

In this role you will design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse and logistics for Life Sciences clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate requirements into scalable SAP EWM configurations. You will lead end-to-end implementations, oversee testing and data migration, and ensure successful adoption through training and knowledge transfer. • Partner with clients to gather and align warehouse and logistics requirements with strategic objectives
• Design and configure SAP EWM functionalities including inbound/outbound, warehouse structure, inventory management, RF framework, and labor management
• Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and UAT
• Guide SAP EWM integration with MM, SD, and TM, and other third-party systems
• Conduct workshops and user training to enable effective adoption
• Troubleshoot SAP EWM issues and provide timely, decisive resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP innovations and best practices
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for organizational learning
• Collaborate with teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP EWM (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound, storage, and inventory management
• Strong SAP EWM skills: RF framework, warehouse structure, and labor management
• Experience with MM, SD, and TM integration
• Proven project management, change management, and UAT experience
• Analytical, customer-centric problem solving with strong communication
• Excellent technical documentation and training material creation
• SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA (preferred)
• Familiarity with German business practices (plus)
