SAP FI/CO Business Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations for aerospace manufacturing processes, partnering with a multinational team to optimize financial systems. You will analyze, design and extend enterprise solutions, deliver training, and ensure smooth operations for business users. The position offers international exposure, professional growth, and meaningful impact on the Ariane launcher program and similar projects. You will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Analyze and design SAP S/4HANA finance and controlling processes
• Implement and customize SAP S/4HANA modules (financial and asset accounting, cash management, cost centre/element/object accounting, capital management)
• Provide support and guidance to business users; monitor and troubleshoot finance processes
• Deliver key user trainings and workshops; prepare system documentation and user manuals
• Create development and system documentation, training materials

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA projects within Finance & Controlling
• Extensive expertise in customizing and programming including ABAP and ABAP Objects
• Industry knowledge in discrete manufacturing and experience with medium-sized clients
• Strong affinity for new technologies and a strong customer focus
• Good communication skills in German and English
