SAP FICO Consultant with FA, CAPEX and Leasing

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions.
Solution Design
- Define, design, configure, test, and oversee end-to-end SAP functional solutions, including systems, interfaces, and platform changes.
System Changes
- Evaluate proposed changes, develop solution alternatives, document and test changes, and coordinate their transition into production.
Deployment Support
- Support Finance Deployment teams during country rollout waves, ensuring SAP solutions meet local business and process requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver continuous product increments and maintain alignment across ARTs and project teams.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure IT standards covering security, privacy, quality, processes, and regulatory requirements are consistently applied.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, ARTs, and project teams to ensure continuous delivery and alignment across initiatives.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure SAP solutions comply with security, privacy, quality, IT standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

SAP FI/CO Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience with SAP FI/CO, with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, CAPEX, and Leasing.
FA/CLM/CAPEX Expertise
- Strong functional knowledge of Fixed Assets, Contract Lease Management, and CAPEX processes within SAP environments.
SAP S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and implementation of functional solutions in enterprise environments.
International Implementations
- Experience implementing SAP solutions for Latin American or APAC countries and supporting country-specific deployment requirements.
Asset & Leasing Processes
- Knowledge of depreciation keys, asset classes, IFRS 16 Leasing, CAPEX projects, and asset lifecycle processes.
SAP Integration
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and PP integration, particularly key integration points between these modules and FI.
Validation & Testing
- Experience with SAP system validation processes, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
Advanced English skills in reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.
