Manager - SAP Finance & Controlling

Permanent position, Full-time, Hybrid working model. Assignments in several major metropolitan regions in Germany.

Your role

• Do you enjoy working in a team, approaching topics in a solution-oriented way, and feeling comfortable in complex project environments? Then this role offers you a responsible position with a lot of creative freedom.
• In this position, you will take on the functional planning and management of national and international SAP FI/CO projects, from the initial idea through to successful go-live.
• You will analyse existing finance and controlling processes, further develop them together with the business departments, and evaluate new requirements based on sound cost-benefit analyses.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the further development of existing SAP FI/CO solutions, implementing necessary adjustments via customizing, and supporting users and key users in an advisory capacity on functional and technical issues. Independently designing and conducting workshops and trainings will also be part of your daily work, as well as providing occasional support in 2nd- and 3rd-level support.

What you bring

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP FI and/or CO consulting or in-house support, including strong customizing skills
• Very good understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes
• Structured, independent working style and strong communication and consulting skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
