SAP HCM System Administrator

• Maintenance, support and further development of the SAP HCM system


• Supporting the HR department with system-related requests


• Error analysis and resolution within the SAP HCM system


• Performing SAP Basis activities, such as system integration and maintenance, user and authorization management, transport management, system monitoring, and job/background processing

Requirements

• IT-related training or a degree in Business Informatics / Information Systems


• Relevant experience in supporting applications and IT systems


• Knowledge of common ERP systems or databases


• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and service focus


• Good German and English language skills
