SAP In-House Consultant (m/f/d) – Specialising in MM/QM

As SAP In-House Consultant you will support and advance SAP MM and QM capabilities, partnering with specialist units to optimize processes for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg. You will customize the SAP landscape and drive in-house projects such as enhancements and migrations, including S/4HANA transformations. You’ll diagnose issues in live operations and empower users through training and documentation. This role sits at the crossroads of IT and business, enabling reliable, scalable intake of space-related operations.

• Support and further develop SAP MM and QM modules
• Analyze, optimize and implement business processes with specialist departments
• Customise SAP system landscape according to business needs
• Assist with in-house SAP projects (enhancements, migrations, S/4HANA transformation)
• Perform error analysis and resolution during live operations (1st/2nd level support)
• Train and advise key users and produce documentation

• A degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ experience as an SAP Consultant or Developer in MM and/or QM
• In-depth knowledge of customising MM/QM modules
• Ideally ABAP programming skills and debugging experience
• Understanding of logistics and quality-related business processes
