Your responsibilities with us

Are you ready to help shape the future of the energy industry? As an SAP In-House Consultant (m/f/i) specializing in SAP IS-U or S/4 Utilities, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the further development of our SAP application landscape and implement innovative solutions as part of a dynamic team. You will serve as the central interface between business units, external service providers, and developers, playing a key role in exciting projects such as the SAP S/4 Utilities Transformation. Your responsibilities include:

• Further development of the SAP IS-U & S/4 Utilities application landscape: Ensuring the proper execution of energy industry business processes
• Consulting for business departments: Analysis and implementation of new processes within the framework of regulatory and legal requirements
• Central point of contact: Continuous communication with stakeholders (business units, external service providers, developers)
• Development of concepts and training: Support in concept development and delivery of training sessions
• SAP Requirements and Project Management: Focus on SAP IS-U & S/4 Utilities, including requirements analysis, operational change and release management
• Project Participation: Active involvement in company-wide projects (e.g., SAP S/4 Utilities Transformation), assuming various roles (sub-project management, test management)
• Support Tasks: Error analysis, service provider management, and ensuring the continued improvement of service quality

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree: Business or IT degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Work style: Independent, process-oriented, proactive, motivated, and committed
• Interpersonal skills: Strong customer and service orientation, personal responsibility, commitment, teamwork, and persuasiveness
• Project experience: Knowledge of energy industry processes and their regulatory and legal requirements (including GPKE, MPES, MaBiS, GPKE, GeLi, WiM, market communication)
• Technical skills: Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, as well as a willingness to pursue further training
