Responsibilities

• Internal system support and first‑ and second‑level support; continuous optimization of core processes in MM, PP, SD, FI/CO
• Management of external hosting partners (infrastructure, base administration)
• Collaboration with development partners: coordination and support for complex concepts
• Interface and data management: further development of system boundaries
• ABAP customisations: implementation of small ABAP programs and debugging of existing system components
• Documentation and governance: change documentation

Qualifications

• Completed studies in (management) informatics or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist with solid SAP experience)
• Several years of experience in SAP application support or coordination, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• In‑depth knowledge of MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO modules
• Customizing experience and basic ABAP knowledge; capable of small independent adjustments
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style with strong communication skills
• Additional competencies: process understanding of operational business, independent prioritisation, teamwork, customer‑oriented communication
