SAP IS-U Consultant, Energy Sector

Overview

Independent responsibility for consulting and implementing SAP IS-U solutions for clients in the energy sector. Analyze and optimize existing SAP IS-U system landscapes (on-premises & hybrid). Implement regulatory requirements in the areas of market communication (MaCo), EDIFACT and energy industry data communication. Design and implement integration scenarios based on SAP BTP. Connect and harmonize systems based on energy industry data models (CIM, CGMES, KWE). Work with eMeter environments in the context of smart metering and meter data management. Create technical documentation and architecture decisions. Actively participate in solution reviews and continuous quality assurance. Close collaboration with AI architects and cloud developers in the interdisciplinary Lekker Code team. Actively help build the SAP competence area: you shape the direction, not just the outcome.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP IS-U environment
• Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U on-premises and core processes of market communication (MaCo, EDIFACT, UTILMD, MSCONS)
• Experience with eMeter (E.DSS) in the context of meter data management and smart metering
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and energy industry data models (CIM, CGMES, KWE)
• Experience working with energy utilities, grid operators or municipal utilities
• S/4HANA Utilities knowledge is an advantage
• Basic ABAP knowledge desirable
• Experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
