Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Software Development in Supply Chain Management Consulting
Location: Hamburg or Walldorf, Germany
In this role, you’ll
- Drive the further development of our consulting solutions using the SAP programming language ABAP.
- Support development projects from the very first idea all the way to fully implemented solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and assist them across all activities within the development lifecycle.
You’ll be responsible for
- Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative SAP solutions.
- Taking ownership of practical, project‑based tasks and working independently on deliverables.
- Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our SAP development processes.
- The adoption of new technologies such as SAP UI5, SAP S/4HANA, and the SAP Business Technology Platform.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Ongoing studies in software development (e.g., business informatics, computer science, business administration with IT focus, information technology, software development, industrial engineering, mathematics)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language required
- Strong communication and presentation skills and autonomous, goal‑oriented work (also in the virtual team)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a prerequisite
- ABAP knowledge or motivation to learn ABAP
- Very good German and English skills (C1)
- Interest in Supply Chain Planning
- Technical Affinity
- Passion for SAP Topics and Current IT Technologies

Our Supply Chain Management Consulting unit supports SAP customers in planning, executing, and monitoring their supply‑chain processes. We guide customers from the design of the solution through realization to go‑live and subsequent optimisation.
