SAP MFS Consultant or Developer

In this role you will lead end-to-end SAP EWM projects with a focus on Material Flow System (MFS) integration in highly automated warehouses. You will work at the intersection of SAP and automation, collaborating with PLC providers and internal developers to optimize material flows. The position offers depth in SAP EWM and automation, with opportunities to influence templates and innovations across projects. • Design, customise and implement SAP EWM with a focus on MFS integration
• Interface SAP EWM MFS with automated warehouse components (conveyors, shuttles, AS/RS, AGVs, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end project responsibilities (blueprint → go-live → hypercare)
• Analyse material flow processes and optimise system-driven warehouse control
• Collaborate with developers on enhancements, debugging and performance tuning
• Support integration with PLC systems and external automation vendors
• Contribute to template development and innovation within automation projects

• Strong experience in SAP EWM (embedded or decentralised)
• Hands-on experience with EWM MFS customising
• Understanding of warehouse automation and material flow concepts
• Experience working with PLC interfaces (knowledge of telegram structures beneficial)
• ABAP debugging knowledge is advantageous
• Comfortable working in project environments with technical stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills
