SAP QM Functional Consultant, German Speaker

Stellenbeschreibung:

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Quality Management requirements.
• Translating business requirements into SAP QM configuration and functional solutions.
• Performing detailed analysis of quality processes and proposing effective SAP solutions.
• Configuring and testing SAP QM functionalities according to business needs.
• Supporting integration activities between SAP QM and other SAP modules, including PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.
• Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation.
• Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities.
• Supporting master data preparation, migration activities, and quality-related data validation.
• Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support.
• Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

At least 3 years of SAP QM consulting experience and ideally one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) configuration and support.
Good understanding of quality management processes, including:
Quality Planning
Inspection Planning
Incoming Inspection
In-Process Inspection
Final Inspection
Quality Notifications
Non-Conformance Management
Quality Certificates
Audit Management
Vendor Quality Management
Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.
Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and business process validation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Fluent German (spoken and written).
Professional English communication skills.
