Lead large-scale transformation programs from strategy to implementation
Act as trusted partner to clients guiding business, process, and technology change
Drive end-to-end delivery while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities
Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, product, and technology teams
Shape target operating models, roadmaps, and implementation approaches
Challenge requirements and processes for sustainable solutions
Engage with senior client stakeholders and support governance
Contribute to pre-sales activities and business development
Foster cross-team alignment beyond individual workstreams

Zentrale Anforderungen

Significant experience leading complex transformation initiatives within banking, payments, lending, or financial services
Strong understanding of core banking processes and operating models
Experience with SAP Banking, SAP Fioneer solutions, or comparable banking platforms
Proven ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders
Ability to challenge status quo and identify opportunities beyond defined scopes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Experience in international and cross-functional environments
