SAP Senior Sales Lead

One of my clients is looking for a Freelance SAP Sales Senior Executive to help them on a long-term contract. The role would be paid on time and material daily rate plus commission for contracts signed

• .Pipeline Generation: Hunt for new accounts to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
• .Value Selling: Engage with senior leadership (CxOs, CIOs, CFOs) to pitch how SAP systems (like S/4HANA or cloud solutions) solve operational problems.
• .Solution Orchestration: Partner with solution architects and pre-sales teams to design custom software or service proposals
• .Deal Negotiation: Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery and software demos to pricing, contract negotiations, and final closure
• .Transition & Governance: Coordinate with delivery and consulting teams post-sale to ensure client expectations align with project execution

New Business:

• .Find and win new enterprise clients focusing on target industries like manufacturing, life sciences, or retail.
• .Trusted Advising: Build deep C-level relationships and analyze client business processes to pitch appropriate SAP tools

Teamwork:

• .Work closely with internal technical, delivery, and presales solution experts to scope out client proposals

Key Requirements

• Sales Track Record: Several years of successful enterprise IT or software solution sales experience with quota overachievement
• .SAP Knowledge: Strong functional or technical familiarity with SAP architectures (such as SAP S/4HANA).
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both business English and German
• Soft Skills: High-level negotiation, presentation, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
