What your tasks are:

• Advice to customers within SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP CS projects.
• Interest or know‑how regarding process integration of SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP FSM.
• Technical implementation of our customer requirements and support for the development of customer‑specific extensions.
• Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings.
• Active participation in the CNT – Competence Teams.
• Leading client workshops and presentations.
• Mentoring our young professionals and providing technical responsibility for consultants.
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills.

What experience you should have:

• Experience in conception, design and implementation of enterprise solutions in the area of SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP CS.
• Excellent know‑how in SAP CS and/or SAP S/4HANA Service with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Ideally cross-module integration knowledge.
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation.
• Business fluent in German and English.
