SAP SuccessFactors Architect (m/f/d)

As SAP SuccessFactors Architect you shape end-to-end HR processes by configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation. You collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and automate HR workflows through Business Rules. You’ll support data migration and validation, document configurations, and advise on best practices while driving continuous improvements. • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation)
• Translate business and HR requirements into scalable SF solutions
• Collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes
• Design, build and maintain Business Rules to automate HR workflows
• Support data migration, data validation and testing during implementations
• Document configurations, rules, integration specs and process flows
• Advise on SAP SF best practices and innovations
• Stay updated with SF innovations and propose continuous improvements

• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration and HR process knowledge
• Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
• Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting and Succession modules is a plus
• Open Text document management experience is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
• Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking experience is a plus
