SAGA IT-Services GmbH handles all IT-related tasks for SAGA and its subsidiaries. This includes, among other things, providing user support for the SAP system as well as further developing and optimizing business processes within the group.

We are seeking an employee (m/f/d) at our Hamburg-Barmbek location to start as soon as possible in the area of user support, with a focus on business processes for the further development, optimization, and technical support of the SAP system within the real estate sector of the SAGA Group.

Responsibilities

What Your Day-to-Day Work Will Look Like

  • Supporting users with questions and actively analyzing and resolving issues
  • Designing technical and business processes in close cooperation with the line departments
  • Professional development through participation in digitalization projects and the design of process changes
  • Sharing knowledge through in-house training and documentation
  • Managing and ensuring the quality of results from external service providers

Job Requirements

Your Experience and Skills

  • Completed business apprenticeship with initial experience in the real estate sector
  • Basic knowledge of processes in the real estate industry
  • Conceptual/analytical approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility
