SAP TM Functional Consultant (German Speaker)

You will support end-to-end implementation activities, including testing, go-live, and documentation, while ensuring alignment with adjacent SAP modules. • Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather TM requirements
• Translate business needs into SAP TM configurations and functional designs
• Analyze transportation and logistics processes and propose SAP TM solutions
• Configure, test, and validate SAP TM functionalities
• Support integration between TM and EWM, SD, MM, LE, and FI
• Maintain and update project documentation (process flows, configurations, specs, tests)
• Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and aid development teams
• Support master data preparation, migration, and data validation
• Participate in end-to-end testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live support
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure project success

• At least 3 years of SAP TM consulting experience
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP TM implementation
• Hands-on SAP TM configuration and support experience
• Knowledge of Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Management, Tendering, Transportation Execution, Freight Cost Calculation
• Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, LE, and FI
• Experience supporting testing and UAT, defect resolution, and business process validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and professional English communication
