Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high‑quality, value‑added support, helping deliver exceptional client service. Enablement Services provides cost‑effective, high‑skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP TM project delivery including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management needs and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transportation processes leveraging SAP TM capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with EY methodologies, quality standards, and project governance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on transportation management and supply chain optimization.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including logistics, IT, and operations to ensure seamless integration of TMS solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in transportation management and supply chain.

• Carrier management, Order Integration, Transportation planning, Transportation execution, Freight Collaboration, Freight Settlement.
• SAP TM integration with 3 PL and 3rd party system.
• Contract management, freight management (Planning, execution & settlement)
• Integration with Global Trade System
• TM integration with EWM.
• Monitoring Dashboard for Real‑time performance tracking (KPI).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage with clients.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive innovative transportation management solutions.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic and fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results within deadlines.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Perform hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting of SAP TM systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower client teams and internal staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

• Over 12+ years of experience in implementing SAP TM solutions.
