• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid)
• Drive workshops, assessments, and roadmap creation
• Advise business and IT stakeholders on transformation strategies
• Design solution architectures and support pre-sales activities
• Lead implementation teams and ensure delivery excellence

What you bring

• Strong SAP S/4HANA consulting or architecture experience
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations
• Exposure to transformation programs and Phase 0 activities
• Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• SAP certification is a plus
• Fluent German and/or English
