Scaffolding Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project Manager in Scaffolding (m/f/d) – Düsseldorf area

Your mission:

• Commercial and technical project management of scaffolding construction projects
• Preparing bids and cost estimates
• Contract negotiations with clients
• Managing the field crew
• Contract negotiations and oversight of subcontractors
• Customer service and new business development
• Ensuring optimal resource utilization of materials and personnel

Your profile:

• A degree in engineering (preferably civil or industrial) or an apprenticeship as a construction technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or the construction industry
• Alternatively, completion of advanced training as a certified scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) or master scaffolder (m/f/d) with professional experience and potential to become a project manager
• Knowledge of contract law and the VOB
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high level of commitment
• Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to lead employees
• Independent, conscientious, and reliable work ethic
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
