Your Responsibilities

In this role you will empower students to thrive academically, socially, and personally while working across two of our Phorms locations: Dreieich for three days per week and Frankfurt City for two days per week.

• Individual counselling and support for students facing academic, personal, or social challenges
• Organising and facilitating workshops and programmes for students, teachers and parents on topics including, but not limited to, teamwork, conflict resolution, self‑organisation, resilience, and personal development
• Prevention and intervention in cases of conflict, bullying, and crisis situations
• Participating in and helping to shape field trips, class trips, and projects to strengthen the sense of community
• Close cooperation with teachers, school leadership, and parents in supporting students with special needs
• Collaboration with external partners and counselling centres
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture through safeguarding initiatives, prevention work, and collaboration with the wider school community

Your Profile

• A completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in guidance counselling or social work with children, adolescents and parents, ideally in a school setting
• Working proficiency in both English and German
• High intercultural competencies as well as excellent communication skills
• Independent, solution‑oriented, and responsible approach to work
