Scrum Master / Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and agile methodologies, along with proven experience leading and coaching cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint retrospectives, and product demos.
• Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams to ensure they are aligned with agile practices and principles, and continually improving their work processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers and issues that could negatively impact project success.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, feedback and process improvement.
• Maintain and report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure that the team is following agile and e‑commerce best practices, standards and methodologies.

Requirements

Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), with experience in Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum framework.

Experience in e‑commerce product development and management, including familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, payment gateways, and online merchandising techniques.

Ability to lead, coach and mentor the development team, including Scrum developers and product owners, to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and agile best practices.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and development teams.

Experience in project management, with the ability to create project plans and manage project schedules and budgets.

Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues, and to work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

Understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies, including software development life cycle (SDLC), version control systems, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Knowledge of e‑commerce business operations, including online marketing, customer service, and fulfillment, and the ability to work with product owners to define and prioritize product features and create product roadmaps.

Ability to create and maintain project documentation, including product backlogs, sprint plans, and project status reports.

Understanding of data analysis and the ability to use data to inform project decisions and measure project success.
