Our client, a leading international technology company in the Karlsruhe area, is looking for a Scrum Master to support global software development teams while helping shape the future of agile ways of working across the organisation.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Lead two cross-functional, globally distributed agile software development teams
• Drive agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the wider Agile Master community
• Coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and agile best practices
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and workshops
• Identify, manage and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across teams
• Work closely with Product Owners to support team development and people leadership
• Promote ownership, accountability and a high-performance team culture
• Help deliver innovative software products aligned with business objectives

ProfileYour Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale software development environments
• Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including:
  • Scrum
  • SAFe
  • Kanban
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Fluent German and English (both essential)
