Scrum Master – Fixed-term contract for 2 years

• Promote agile values and methodologies, and explain the underlying principles and rationale
• Foster self-organized ways of working within the teams and support them in achieving shared goals
• Work closely with the Product Owner during the usual Scrum events
• Act as a mediator and motivator for the team
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles and impediments
• Develop the team toward greater performance and agility
• Ensure compliance with agile processes as part of the applicable compliance requirements
• Contribute knowledge of the financial services industry and AI solutions, for example to automate internal banking processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Understanding of the different roles and perspectives within a cross-functional team
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
• Agile certifications
• Familiarity with application development, ideally in an AI environment
• Good knowledge of banking operations and technical processes
• Practical experience applying planning methods, techniques, and tools
• Fluent German, at least C1 level
• Good English skills, B2 level
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative leadership style
• Experience working in agile teams, ideally in banking or fintech
