SDR Team Lead (German + Dutch) – Köln | On-site

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound
• Stay hands‑on: make cold calls, build sequences, handle objections
• Build pipeline and drive daily execution
• Define territories, target accounts, and messaging
• Spot gaps quickly and fix them directly
• Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team

Who This Is For

• Have outbound experience and initial leadership exposure
• Strong in cold calling, sequencing, and objections
• Speak German fluently; Dutch an advantage
• Think in numbers and take full ownership
• Execute fast and keep things simple
