Overview

As a Senior Paid Search Specialist at DEPT, you drive online growth for client brands by shaping paid search strategies and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations and scalable media plans. You’ll push innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions, to improve performance and client outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche

Create and guide personal development plans for team members to meet agreed goals
Set team expectations and clearly communicate them
Identify client challenges with the team and drive towards solutions
Lean into automation and data-driven optimization, including AI-enhanced performance
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide client-facing reports with insights
Stay updated on search algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
Drive innovation in Paid Search through new approaches and performance methodologies
Deliver compelling presentations for sales meetings and client workshops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution aligned with client goals
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Be available to work from Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg offices
Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years of paid search and shopping campaign management in a digital agency or similar setting
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
Proven track record of delivering campaign results and optimization
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data for optimization
Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders
Independent, analytical, and flexible working style
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
