The ideal candidate

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ classroom teaching experience at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching Drama across a range of age groups, including examination classes.
• Skilled in directing and supporting student performances, productions, and extracurricular drama activities.
• Able to design and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire confidence, collaboration, and self‑expression.
• Passionate about fostering creativity while supporting students of all abilities.
• Excellent classroom management and ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage rehearsals, productions, and academic responsibilities.
