Security Assurance Solutions Architect, AWS Security Assurance Services

In this role, you help customers move regulated workloads to AWS by shaping scalable security and compliance solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to educate clients on product-led services that automate assurance and meet regulatory requirements. You’ll translate complex risk and controls into practical architectures and demonstrations, contributing to the expansion of the Security Assurance practice. • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to strengthen security assurance and compliance programs
• Define innovative risk management and compliance approaches for customers moving to the cloud
• Address assurance questions and help manage risk to achieve compliance within the AWS environment
• Deliver strategic recommendations and present hands-on demonstrations of automated compliance
• Convey customer and partner feedback to influence AWS technology roadmaps
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support engagements

• Experience in risk management and internal audits (risk assessments, controls design, enterprise control frameworks)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
• 2+ years advising customers on architectures meeting standards/regulations (e.g., NIST 800-53, GDPR)
