• Develop, qualify and maintain advanced electrical and optical measurement methods for semiconductor and MEMS technologies
• Enhance production through customized measurement recipes, algorithms and predictive models
• Evaluate next-generation metrology tools and benchmark practices for cost-effective deployment
• Establish targeted process monitoring to detect deviations and optimize yields
• Lead cross-functional technology projects from concept to industrial rollout
• Provide technical consulting and mentoring to colleagues across disciplines

• several years of practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, metrology, process integration or process control
• profound expertise in electrical, optical and physical measurement methods
• ability to analyze complex datasets and build algorithms/analytical models
• solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication technologies and quality management systems
• autonomous decision-making and strong collaboration across interdisciplinary and international teams
• fluent English and very good German (spoken and written)
