Senior Account Executive – AI Solutions

• Own and grow a pipeline of IVA/AI expansion opportunities from PayNearMe's existing client base
• Consistently meet or exceed quota in a quota-carrying individual-contributor role
• Identify account white space where IVA and AI capabilities solve client problems
• Run the full sales cycle including discovery, technical scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Translate technical AI/IVA capabilities into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build consultative pitches focused on automation, cost structure, and customer experience
• Partner daily with Client Services to identify expansion signals and coordinate client experience
• Work with Product and Solution Engineering on the IVA/AI roadmap and relay client feedback
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement on messaging and sales assets
• Operate in ambiguity and help define the sales motion and playbook
• Stay current on AI and conversational automation trends in payments and adjacent industries

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments
• Genuine comfort with technical concepts and ability to hold conversations about AI, automation, or IVA architecture
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building skills within existing client accounts and with stakeholders
• Highly driven and self-directed; comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Curiosity about AI and its future development
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
