Own. Discover. Close. Build. As an Sales Manager at DeepUp, you manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts – from the first conversation to a signed contract and a successful handover to Customer Success.
Experienced & Sales-Driven: With 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, you’ve already successfully built, managed, and closed deals, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients.
Organized & Results-Driven : You keep a close eye on your pipeline at all times, work CRM-based, and know exactly which next steps will truly move deals forward.
Customer-Focused : You ask the right questions, quickly understand customer needs, and can derive compelling use cases and clear value propositions from them.
Strong Communicator : Whether in a discovery call, during a demo, or when interacting with C-level decision-makers—you present yourself confidently and clearly articulate complex topics.
Hands-On & Self-Motivated : You don’t need a ready-made playbook to get started. You create structure, contribute ideas, and are eager to actively help shape our sales approach.
German & English : You have no trouble with German at the C2 level and English at the C1 level.
Nice to have : Experience in infrastructure technology, construction, or related industries is a plus—but not a must.
