Senior Account Executive, Public Sector Germany

In this role you drive the public sector sales cycle for Dataiku in Germany, transforming government and public organisations with Dataiku’s platform. You will collaborate across marketing, product and engineering to tailor solutions, manage complex procurement, and deliver measurable outcomes in a growth market. You’ll build partnerships, navigate certification and governance requirements, and help Dataiku establish a foothold in public sector. The opportunity centers on shaping how AI platforms unlock value for government clients.

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale activities within government and public sector accounts
• Build and manage partnerships with government buyers, resellers, and channel partners
• Navigate procurement, tender processes, and certification requirements to accelerate deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, customer success, and partner teams on multi-stakeholder deals
• Articulate Dataiku’s value with a focus on governance, AI sovereignty, and on-prem deployment in public sector contexts

• Proven enterprise software sales experience in government/public sector
• Experience selling complex platforms (data, analytics, AI, ML, or BI)
• Track record of acquiring new logos and driving net-new revenue
• Strong ability to articulate outcomes and value in public sector contexts
• Established relationships within the German public sector reseller ecosystem
• Fluency in German (native or business) and excellent English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and travel within Germany
