Responsibilities

• Operative and strategic development of the CONTRACT business area with a focus on the placement of freelance specialists
• Active project acquisition with new and existing customers through telephone outreach
• Conducting personal project clarification conversations and developing framework agreements
• Specialized search, outreach, and qualification of freelancers
• Building and expanding a network for long-term cooperation with clients and freelancers
