Senior Account Manager – SaaS (m/f/d)

As a Senior Key Account Manager based in Berlin, you’ll help leading banks and enterprises unlock the full value of our SaaS platform—driving growth, reducing risk, and supporting compliance. We’re looking for someone who thrives in enterprise as well as SME environments, understands SaaS sales cycles, and can turn complex solutions into real value for our clients.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and SME customers based in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive expansion revenue
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product lines
  • Present tailored, solution-oriented pitches and lead negotiations for upsells and renewals
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams and advocate for the client’s interest within the company
  • Report on account performance and customer health and prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales or account management (experience in finance/fintech preferred)
  • Good analytical skills and outstanding time management
  • Proven success in hitting NRR and growth targets
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (both C2), Spanish is a plus
  • Confident working with complex products and senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
