Senior Administrator Tax (m/f/d)

In this role you will manage VAT compliance and optimization for Exyte entities in Germany and Europe. You will prepare VAT returns, advise internal teams on VAT topics, and ensure invoices meet legal requirements. You will support annual financial statements, audits, and tax authority communications, while reconciling VAT accounts and resolving discrepancies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain timely, accurate tax obligations. This is a hands‑on position with real impact on tax efficiency and regulatory compliance across markets.

• Prepare monthly or quarterly VAT returns and annual VAT returns for Exyte entities in Germany and Europe
• Advise internal departments on VAT topics and support VAT issues
• Verify invoices and receipts for legal compliance and correct postings
• Assist with annual financial statements and support audits, including communication with tax authorities
• Clarify, check and reconcile VAT accounts and document discrepancies

• Several years of practical experience in VAT areas (desirable)
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP4 Hana or SAP R3
• In-depth understanding of VAT laws
